For the Lincoln Apartments, our approach was built on streamlined logistics and precise execution to manage the vast scope of 170 unit renovations. We implemented a highly organized system for phased renovations, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining strict quality control across all units. Our solution involved updating kitchen and bathroom finishes, flooring, lighting, and paint, utilizing durable and aesthetically pleasing materials. We focused on creating contemporary, attractive, and highly livable spaces designed to meet the demands of modern urban residents.
